WHO WE ARE
Managing Director and Principal Economist Rachel Logan has a wealth of experience in economic research and strategy across a broad range of property sectors including retail, commercial and residential. Rachel previously spent a decade working for a major institutional fund manager on their Australian real estate, infrastructure and private equity assets as a property economist and research manager. She has also previously worked in economic advisory positions within the residential real estate sector.
Rachel specialises in economic research and analysis, highest and
best use analysis, data analysis, market strategies, quantitative and
qualitative research, demographic profiling and economic needs
assessments.
Rachel holds a Master of Finance (Award for Academic Excellence)
and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Economics
from Griffith University.
